Shipping & Delivery

Due to Covid-19 , there are severe delays with processing and shipping. There may be up to a 20 business day delay. Orders place between November 15th and February 1st will take up to 35 business days to arrive. 


We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 We are not responsible for delays incurred by USPS, Fed ex or UPS

*Some items can take up to 45 days to arrive. Please contact us if your items do not arrive within 45 days

During holiday season and the month of December USPS may have delays of 2-5 business days.

Orders placed between November 30th and December 20th are having a 15 business day delay with USPS on top of normal shipping times. Please see this link for details:

**CANADIAN CUSTOMERS** Canada customs is having a 15 business day delay. We have no possible way to move our packages through customs any quicker due to this delay. Please contact Canada post  for any inquiries. 


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Lost Mail

We do recommend purchasing our lost mail insurance in case the postal service loses your mail. Our insurance only covers mail that has not been scanned as "delivered" by USPS or your local postal service.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our site. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

Lost/Stolen Packages

our site is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
