If your product isn’t heating up, the battery won’t charge, or it just won’t power on — don’t worry. Let’s try a few quick troubleshooting steps together to get things working again. Just follow the guide below step by step.
Clothing (Jacket, Vest, Hoodie, Sweatshirt, Fleece, Pants)
Step 1: Check the Charger and Cable
Ensure that your charger and cable are working properly by testing them on another device, if available.
Step 2: Charge the Battery
If the charger is functional, plug your battery into it. After 6–8 hours, the battery should be fully charged:

Jacket battery: 4 solid white lights

Sock battery: 3 solid lights

Gloves battery: Charger light should turn green
Step 3: Test the Battery
Unplug the battery from the charger. Press the power button on the battery to check if the indicator lights appear (as noted above).
Step 4: Power the Item On
Plug the battery into your clothing item (jacket, gloves, socks, etc.), then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to turn the item on. Press the button again until the red light appears. Wait 3–5 minutes to see if the item begins to warm up.
Gloves
Step 1: Charge the Battery
Charge the glove batteries for a full 6 hours before use.
Step 2: Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to turn the gloves on or off.
Step 3: Set Temperature
Set the gloves to the highest temperature by turning on all three lights. Allow the gloves to heat for 10 minutes, then test the temperature.
Step 4: Temperature Settings

White/Green: Lowest setting

Blue: Medium setting

Red: Highest setting
Socks
Step 1: Charge the Battery
Charge the sock batteries for a full 6 hours before use.
Step 2: Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to turn the socks on or off.
Step 3: Set Temperature
Set the socks to the highest temperature by turning on all three lights. Allow them to heat for 10 minutes, then test the temperature.
