Yes, the battery is included with all items except a few. The ones that do not include a battery are the heated slippers, car heater, and ski mask. The battery is also not included with our heated pants and heated shirts (unless otherwise stated). These are part of our heated clothing collection, which features various types of powered gear for winter weather.

Compared to other products that only last for just a few hours, the heat on our heated gear lasts up to 8+ hours. We have three heat settings (High, Medium, and Low) to help you adjust the temperature and provide the right amount of warmth. The battery life of your chosen heated clothing pieces may vary depending on the setting used.

Our items get up to 140°F, depending on which heated apparel item you purchase. Some items offer specific heat zones such as chest, toes, and finger areas for targeted warmth. These heated accessories can help you stay warm even in extreme cold.

For most of our heated jackets or accessories, we use FedEx for our US customers. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days after your item is processed. Please see our shipping policy for more details.

Yes! All of our battery-heated clothing items are washable. Always remove the battery pack first. We suggest washing your heated clothing in a linen bag or on a gentle cycle. Please air dry. Removing rechargeable batteries before washing helps preserve the components and extends your product’s overall battery life.

Yes! All of our heated clothing items come with a free 1-year warranty. Please see our warranty policy for more information. If your rechargeable hand warmer or your item does not work, we will send you a free replacement. You can count on durability against abrasion and wind as part of our commitment to quality.
